so you know how some people talk about having a muse? like...kind of a guardian angel in the artistic way, the way that makes you exceptionally good at something while others are just so-so. So I was always told that I had the muse for singing, painting and photography. And it usually felt like that. But lately...I don't know, it's like the muse has left. Or she comes back and goes away again. I was speaking with one of my friends about how bugged I was because I had wanted to paint so badly for the last few days, but every time I picked up a paintbrush, it was like the inspiration just drained from my fingertips. so I was telling her all this and she reassured me that the muse would come back soon. Well, she was right. my muse returned. At 2:30 in the morning. I just picked up a brush and started painting and when I looked at the clock, it was about 6:30 and my mother was getting ready to go to work. Aiode has the strangest sense of time in this world and the next. I'll probably post a picture of the completed painting later.
